Camping in the Mountains of Mourne

This site is intended to provide information about camping at the Bloody Bridge near Newcastle County Down. Located where the Mountains of Mourne sweep down to the sea. We have immediate access to both the coast and the Mountains. We are only 2 miles from Newcastle, County Down and a short drive to Annalong.

We also provide ‘ Hostel Type ” budget accommodation. This consists of comfortable bunk bed accommodation in a large 15oz canvas Marquee. This caters for Backpackers and walkers who do not wish to carry a tent, but are looking for cheaper accommodation than a hostel
